***IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
ALL CLIENTS PAST AND NEW Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment of the year to fill out paperwork. "Everyone" will be required to update their health history form at their 1st visit.
PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
NO SHOWS ARE NO GOOD!!! You receive a reminder email and text. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call us you will not be able to make future appointments. We have multiple no shows daily!! Our students miss out on valuable hands on clinical graduation hours when you don't show up. PLEASE give us 24 hours so we can fill your appointment.
YOU MAY RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE UP TO 48 HOURS
1. MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER IS UP TO DATE. If you do not receive an email confirmation check the spelling of your email and phone number to make sure it is correct. Your appointment may not have been scheduled correctly, if you did not receive confirmation. If your name has changed since your last appointment with us please add your previous name to the notes so we can find your chart.
2. IF YOU ARE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE....
SET UP AN ACCOUNT FOR THEM WITH THEIR EMAIL (Your email is like your account number) AND PHONE NUMBER. DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME ON THE ACCOUNT. THIS WILL CHANGE THE NAME ON EVERY APPOINTMENT MADE.
IF THE SESSION IS FOR A MINOR PLEASE LIST THAT IN THE NOTES.
3. If this is your first appointment with us please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork so that your student can start your massage on time. If you have a lot of meds please bring a list of meds and we can make a copy for your chart. If you are late your massage will unfortunately have to be shortened. This includes filling out paperwork. Please plan accordingly.
4. If you are sick or have any Covid symptoms or have been in direct contact with someone that has had Covid, please contact us immediately to cancel.
5. PLEASE BRING A WATER WITH YOU.
6. Please bring a small throw blanket if you think you will get cold. We WILL NOT be offering blankets during clinicals. The tables do have warmers on them.
7. Please park in the back parking lot, you will turn off of Division Street into the parking lot.
Look for the deck and enter the Left door. The school sign is above the door.
8. PREGNANT CLIENTS: CONGRATULATIONS!! please add in the notes if you would like to request the pregnancy table, pregnancy cushions or if you prefer the side-lying position. (If another client has requested the pregnancy table we will contact you)

MASSAGE TIMES ARE DAY: 10AM, 11:30AM, AND 1:00pm. EVENING 5PM, 6:30PM AND 8pm
*Please note: If you would like to schedule a massage with a certain student click on their name to check time and availability, if you click on ANY PROFESSIONAL you will be scheduled with any student that has an opening at that time. Thank you.
**This is a supervised massage clinic, you will have total privacy when undressing and dressing. When turning from prone to supine the instructor is the only person walking around and will not be walking through during that time. During your massage the door will remain open so the instructor can supervise the massage.**
1 HOUR MASSAGE = $35.00
We Accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App and Credit Cards, if you choose to pay with a credit card there is a $1 processing fee.
